In a situation like ours, not knowing what to expect, there was a degree of anxiety. So the initial contact with SERVPRO was important and was handled very well. Then our 1st and only face-to-face contact was with Scott, who was very helpful. Follow up contacts with Larry and Jackie helped us to relax in a situation that could have been quite traumatic therefore I can't think of anything that could have been improved.
